The day we arrived in St. John, we went to China Shack in the Starfish Market complex and got Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken to go. The staff there was super nice, which we very much appreciated in our tired state.

We ate our dinners at home and were very pleased with them – not greasy like lots of Chinese food and nice, fresh flavor. Yum!

We liked it so much it was the only restaurant we returned to during our 9-day stay on St. John. it's pricier than Chinese food at home, but it's good quality.
