Margarita Phil's is located in Cruz Bay across the street from the car barge ferry. The menu is Mexican, but offers many different specials and seafood dishes. I had the lobster tacos, which were awesome. Three soft tacos stuffed with lobster, salsa (three types), beans, rice and drawn butter made this a meal to remember. They also have the best margaritas I've ever had. Seating is outside or A/C inside. Great service and great vibe. Good for dinner or just sit at the bar and enjoy a drink.
