Tage was superb! The chef was previously at Paradiso and has taken all of his signature dishes with him. We have never had anything that was not absolutely fabulous from his kitchen in the past and that still holds true. Appetizers are terrific and most noteworthy is the spinach salad. Entrees are always delicious whether ordering from the menu or specials. But what keeps me going back again and again is his white chocolate tarragon souffle - you could die happy after eating that!!! The wait staff is efficient and friendly. We especially like Will - one of the bartenders. He makes his own flavored vodkas - which were wonderful. Also, you can do appetizers and desserts at the bar. If you've never been and could only do one fine-dining night - this should be the place!
