FABULOUS! i wasn't even past the warm spinach salad, and red pepper hummus before i was DYING to give the chef my congratulations. The white chocolate thyme souffle was also incredible.. .. i apologize though i cannot remember the name of my entree though it was very good as well. This was our favorite of the "top notch" restaurants on St. John.
