We had one very good dinner at Cafe Roma. Of most of the restaurants in Cruz Bay, this is the only one that is glassed in (and air conditioned) rather that open air. I started wwith an exceptional Italian Clam Soup--one of the best soups I've ever had in a restaurant. (It was a daily special, rather than on the regular menu, so look for it.) I folowed with the Seafood Puttanesca. The portion was huge and was very good, though very spicy (almost a little too spicy forme). My husband had the arugala salad and the Venetial Shrimp and Scallops--which he was praising days later. We will definitely be going back.
