My husband and I recently visited St. John and our favorite restaurant, hands down, was Panini Beach. The food was amazing. We especially liked the salad special and their key lime pie. We returned to Panini Beach on our last night before leaving the island. This restaurant is a must - especially if you are in the mood for casual, yet delicious.
