Uncle Joe's BBQ is one of the best barbecues we've ever tasted. The food is truly wonderful. The ribs are falling-off-the-bone tender and his sauce is very tasty. Always ask for extra sauce. The place doesn't look much compared to the other restaurants in town and sometimes tourists are afraid to try food from such local places, but the food truly is good. And safe to eat. We never had any problems the 6 times we've eaten there.
