Sadly, there is no Zero star rating available. My friends and I (3 couples) showed up at Rowdy Joe's at 9:10 (the advertising says that they are open until Midnight). The hostess/waitress got up from the bar to inform us that the kitchen was closed. We asked about ice cream and were told that there was only Vanilla Praline and Chunky Monkey, AS SHE RETURNED TO THE BAR to sit down.

We are devoted capitalists, if you don't want our money then fine, we will enjoy one of the many wonderful establishments on St. Croix. I predict a very dark future for this place.
