Great
You just must try "ableskivvers", (hope I spelled it right) for brunch. They are a little round pancake of sorts, more like the size of a melon ball made from the most delicious batter. I do believe they are Dutch, as we had them in Amsterdam. They are served with maple syrup or the best blueberry sauce ever. They're wonderful with any one of their many Mimosa choices.
It's a very busy Sunday brunch place, so arrive before noon because they do, sometimes, run out of "ableskivvers". Even better, make a reservation.
