Great
The St Croix blues Society plays most every Sunday from 4 o'clock, into the evening. Couple that with the absolute Best Grilled Ribeye steak on-island & you have a winner.
I still don't know what they rub on that rib eye, But it's the best ever. This is a comment from one that has had rib eye literally all over the world!!! Oh, I did I forget to mention, the ribeye is at least three meals for me.
And don't forget to watch the sun dip into the Caribbean and watch for the "green flash". I saw my first ever!! AMAZING!!!!
