We visited Bacchus on Feb 20, 2009. Simply incredible - the best service, great menu, and everything was prepared perfectly. Two assistant waiters plus our main waiter Jodie, who has been on the island for nine years, took care of us. Our group of six ended up trying a little of everything - fresh warm bread with a vinaigrette dip; an awesome ahi tuna 'bonzai burger' and calamari for appetizers; the steak & lobster dish, the duck, the pork, the ahi tuna, and the lamb for main courses. Ice cream, bread pudding and a chocolate tort for dessert. Cool 2nd floor location in downtown Christiansted. FANTASTIC!
