Do you tip Rachel in addition to the $50 fare for 2 pp to RH? Is there an additional charge for bags?

we did give her more than what she told us the fare was. the fare she quotes covers the bags.

yes- we tipped her...she was so pleasant and took us around town on way to ferry, pointing out things to us and telling us about them....

Thanks, we land at 1:55 pm so if timing's good we'll go to RH and if we're late we'll go to CA.
