My friend Chris asked me last night if Kenny had gone to work at Aqua Bistro?
I did not think so. I know he was in Israel for Nov and then seeing his family. I am not even sure if he is back on island
Does anyone know if Kenny is no longer at Quiet Mon?

We sat at his bar on Halloween for a few and I swear he said he was going to be working elsewhere.

Captain Chris was making a bunch of noise that night, much of it is a blur

We talked to him right before he went to Israel. My understanding was that he was going to language school with a break before he went to boot camp? MrB and MrsB heard more of the story.

hmmmmmm, the boot camp would explain the email I got and learning hebrew......

He was leaving for a trip, but the was going to go back for 2 years. All i can say, is that if he is over there now, I hope he is safe. He was going to be joining the service. Maybe (hopefully) his plans changed.

Is he from Israel? I know that all Israelis have to complete military service whether even if they are living abroad.

I hate to think about that though. It's definitely not safe there right now -- military or not.

He did not respond to my email.
The young lady I talked with at Quiet Mon just said he is still off island.
He is from the Bay area.......I know per his email he was learning hebrew and getting ready for camp.
I imagine he means boot camp.

My thoughts are with him and all over in the part of the world

Kenny's back, I just saw him at the Beach Bar this afternoon. He just (yesterday} got back from 2 months in Israel and will be back at the QM with in the week.

And yes, everyone gets him and Island Blues (Aqua Bistro) Kenny mixed up!

(And one person I know got him mixed up with Elfman Kenny but that's a weird story!)
