A few Concordia Eco-tent questions...

As I said in my previous post, we will be staying in the eco-tents for 10 days in a few weeks...
I've thought of a few questions and would truly appreciate any answers or general tips about staying at Concordia.
1. What are temperatures like at night? If it's breezy, does it get too cool for comfortable sleeping with whatever bedding they provide? Will we need to bring warm jammies for the kids - or just summmer type jammies?
2. The "cooler" in the tent - what is it? Is it like a mini-fridge? Will we be able to keep milk in it for several days, or have to restock each day?
3. Is there anywhere available to recharge video equipment, if necessary? Are there any "regular" outlets in the tent?
4. How about drinking water and ice? Do we need to buy our own at the grocery store or is it available onsite? Is it free?
5. Is there a portable cooler in the tent that we can use to take lunches on the go? How about beach chairs? Or are coolers/chairs available to rent onsite?
6. Is there a secure place to store our passports (we may take a day trip to Virgin Gorda), or do we need to carry them with us everywhere?
A non-Concordia question:
We would like to take the public ferry over to Virgin Gorda one day just to explore the Baths (and for a change of pace one day). From my online research, my understanding is that we can just show up for the public ferry 30 minutes early and buy tickets (no reservations needed). Once on VG, we can easily get a taxi to the Baths. Also, it looks like the Top of the Baths would be a fun place for lunch and seems to be easily accesible from the Baths area.
1. Does all of this sound accurate?
2. How do we get a taxi back to the ferry dock - do we arrange a pick up when we are dropped off at the Baths, or are there taxis just waiting there?
3. Is there adequate parking at the public ferry dock in Cruz Bay?
Thanks in advance for the help/advice!
