Marriott Timeshare...

Good Morning Gang!

Just got back from 7 fabulous days on the Islands, and a trip report will be in the making. Need to get caught up to work first.

However, major depression has set in being back in STL. The only thing helping me get through this 7 degree weather is the possibility that my family may purchase a week or two at the Marriott. The biggest alure is that its very family oriented (about to start one soon) and the ability to trade weeks for locations throughout the globe.

Now, I may be drinking the kool-aid from the sales pitch, but can anyone comment on this?

Thanks, and Happy Holidays!

Tim

We bought a timeshare at the Westin, what get me mad is the fees keep going up every year. It went from 1200 a year to 1900 a year. Be careful about it. and don't buy directly from the Marriott. There are a ton for resale right now. It could save you a lot by not buy direct. I think Pia can help you find one, she sells them.
