Can't believe it!

Just went online to USAIR. Usually we fly out of Bradley airport,outside of Hartford, CT, because the airport practically in our back yard is so expensive. This time the opposite was true. Out of little New Haven I was able to get a fare of $440 to STT with the connecting flight in Phila. Out of Bradley it was almost a hundred dollars more. Besides this saves on the overnight hotel. Absolutely thrilled! It will be a 3 week trip for us which is so much better that the 6 day one in Dec. Will definitely write a trip report after this one. It'll be Super Bowl sunday at Skinny's.

I never would have thought to check fares out of Tweed. I am going to have to check that out.

We used to fly out of Tweed all the time when they had golden opportunity passes, then the fares went up so high that we went to Bradley. It was just a fluke that I tried Tweed and am glad that I did. Should have thought of it this past summer when I used my frequent flyer miles. Happy New Year!
