"House of Saddam"

Just wondering if anyone else has managed to catch any of this new HBO production? I had flipped right by it for a few nights, then decided to take a look last night for the first time...Couldn't turn it off.
HBO always does a real nice job with this stuff (if you are a history buff and have yet to see John Adams, you really should rent it the next time you're snowed in).
Anyway, House of Saddam is a look at the rise and fall of this murderous thug, his inner Baath Party circle, and his two sons (Uday - a complete barbarian even more so than pops, and Qusay - a more level-headed tactical thinker)...Perfectly casted...Really gives some good insight into the mind of maybe the most narcissistic leader the world has seen since Stalin and Hitler.
Whatever you think of the war or our success in removing this guy from power - whether you think the world was better off with him or without him...This is a must see...And I realize I wear my political leanings on my sleeve, but for those thinking this must have to have some Pro-Bush, Pro-Conservative slant to it for soxfan to like it - I assure you it does not...HBO did this in conjunction with the BBC, which isn't exactly a wing of the Heritage Foundation.

I'm too cheap to pay for HBO

Sounds interesting/scary though.

Yes, he is/was a punk. There are scenes with him involved that are difficult to swallow. He was brutal.
