Regarding the mcpenguin5 trip report:
Please don't come here and demean users opinions. Please don't register under multiple names and email addresses (or have other people do so). This is 2008, not 1998. This is a community of real people who trust and know each other. Trying to intimidate a user by accusing them of false statements is a really poor way to go about what should be a customer service issue. These kinds of tricks will just blow up on you - and potentially turn many users here off to your services. You should have stuck to your original registration (LoveCityVillas) and maybe you could have had an honest conversation about the issue.

Anthony, I understand what you're saying.
It makes me think that it may be a representative of the Villa Company. If it is, then they should be ashamed of themselves.
If it isn't, it still gives the Villa Company a bad name.
How can you be sure who it is, either way??

I agree. I feel so much better knowing that Anthony is not going to tolerate the shenanegans that go on in so many forums. He runs a tight ship. I feel safe here.

Having been away, I haven't finished reading that report yet, but just glancing at the replies, I did detect a "whiff" of what I sort of suspected to be a bogus post or two! Great job Anthony!

No, not rhetorical.
I just wanted to make sure that it was not someone that was just messing around, trying to make trouble and that the person, isn't in fact connected to the Villa Agency in question.
Believe me, I've had a problem with a Villa Agency on STT, so I know what can happen.
Anyway, thanks for keeping your eyes open!

Okay - I understand you better now. Let's just say that it seemed fairly obvious to me using the tools that I have at my disposal. I don't want to divulge too much - if you know what I mean.
