... reminding me that the grand opening of Hinds restaurant (formerly Tage) is tonight from 5:00 to 7:30. Pretty impressive marketing - if you are on island, stop in and let us know how it was (that is a hint - ahem - Eric on St. John).

opps, I had no idea. I was enjoying a fine filet at Paradiso and a few bites of the to-die-for chocolate chip pudding. They had a fresh tuna special that was amazing. I will have to give Hinds a whirl in a nod for there marketing effort to reach you in ITALY. I will not hold it against Walter that I didn't know about it even tho we are about 200 feet away....well, okay, I might nurse a small grudge. <g>.

& as I write this I'm missing Flavors of St john at the Westin while working Miss you guys!

Best of luck to the new place, the menu looks interesting. I'd love to read a review. I'm kind of surprised to see that it's cash only. With that menu and some nice wine dinner for 4 could easily run into some serious change. We just don't carry that kind of cash around down there. .Hope that's just temporary.
