Sounds great - do they sell anywhere other than the islands? Can you order them and have them sent to your house?

The first two issues are WOW, in my opinion.
Looking at a frosty Florida this morning instead of that gorgeous sunrise over Coral Bay and beyond...something wrong with that picture....
