Too busy to write a TR yet, but not too busy to read. On a good charter sail blog there is mention of a planned 9PM Tortola ferry. She also lists the flights to STT planned for December-March.

I saw this discussed on a BVI board and some on-island folks made it sound like it is a done deal with only minor details awaiting resolution.
