How pretty! We never, ever see snow, so it's a novelty to me. I bet it's not so pretty in mid-February though, after three months of gray slush and ice.

Ummmm, it's pretty, but no thanks. We had our first snow last night here in Michigan. Luckily it didn't stick. My husband who works midnights said that the roads were a mess this morning with lots of accidents. As usual, everyone forgets how to drive in the snow the first one of the season

It's beautiful - I miss it when it looks like that but then I remember it is cold as well, and then well, I don't miss it as much

				Hi Rickst,
Always fun to see another fellow Minnesotan on the forum. I wanted to get out on Monday to take some photos.... it was really beautiful.... but didn't have time. Thanks for capturing it.
The dreary clouds, rain, sleet, and snow this week make me REALLY glad that I've got something to look forward to IN ONLY 38 DAYS! (but who's counting?). But then, what's going to get me through the rest of the winter?

				Kathy,
I grew up on Lake Minnewashta, not far from Chanhassen. In fact, my father was one of the people that incorporated Chanhassen many years ago. Pretty small world...
