We've kept up with that blog for awhile but this video was really cool, I need to watch that every time I think I could pull of building a villa on STJ

It is amazing to me how easy that quick video makes it look. I have been through the building process from beginning to end on St. John and I only wish it was that easy.
I am glad that they are able to take it with such humor, many a dreamer built on St John, only to sell as soon as it was done.
