I love that headline from stormcarib.com. We arrive in 11 days and I'm betting on good weather!

Thanks surfer guy. Hey, it was one year ago that we ran into each other at the STT airport. I'll drink a beer in your honor at the Beach Bar on the second.

WOW HOO :D

So what is your prediction on the mosqitos????? I have a feeling we may get eaten alive

Wish I could find one of those bug thingy's that Jorge took down, but it is the wrong time of year to pick them up here & I am not even sure they sell them in the great white north :x

I did find a bug zapper, but it is a dud so I am going to go & get another one & hope it works if not hopefully they will have them on Island.

May have to have a lot of undercover work if not

Soon come :D

I'm really hoping for good weather too, but I suspect the mosquitoes will pick us up and drop us when they're done with us.

If you're sittin' outside drinkin' a painkiller - Deet. Be sure to keep the screen doors closed. Outside lights double as tropical insect research stations.

You would have to ship the thingy that Jorge used (Thermacell) as it needs butane.

The SOTB'ers have been busy gathering OFF! Power pads and candles.

Hope the weather holds!

See you all on the 2nd and/or 4th.

We can't even get the power pads or candles, as our season is over

I am bringing some coils, that help a little & the trusty Avon Skin So Soft. Will just have to keep ourselves full of booze so we don't feel them bite...LOL

Jayseadee Looking forward to seeing you as well. When do you get in??

I sent some Deet down, but last year we remember getting citronella candles on island and we'll have to do that again this time.

Check Starfish. They have citronella candles on a bottom shelf on the row beside the Coke and sodas. If not, go to pharmacy on the top floor. The hardware store is another place to look.
