Cure for Car Breakdown Problem?

Like many, I've got a (mild) concern about renting on STT for my vacation on STJ. When checking prices, I understood Discount to state their policy is to either send a mechanic or they will send a replacement vehicle to STJ. This would all but alleviate the concern about having to transport the vehicle back to STT.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with Discount, or a completely contradictory experience, or is anyone willing to run their inquiry to confirm this is their policy?

This is the first I've heard about Discount having that policy. If they did, that would be a very good thing!

My guess (and it's only a guess) is that if they do send a mechanic/new vehicle and transport the old one back to STT you would be picking up the bill - I would ask that question

Cynthia, did you post this where you intended?
Or is "drivenwide.com" some sort of auto placed spam?

I'm running out right now to Kwik-Fit for them to look at my problem - I'll be back in about 2 months

My guess is that Cynthia's post is spam based on the key words in the title of this thread, 'car breakdown'.
