Our Baseball Team is going to the World Series

Last night, we had a chance to go to the 7th game of the American League Playoff's against the Boston Red Sox's with Dr. Curley and his wife. Well, its history now - our Tampa Bay Rays are going to the World Series. No one expected the Rays to go this far and the night was "Magic". There is nothing like being part of an event for the "The First Time". With that, I will sign off by saying - "Go Rays"

I'm pulling for the Rays, too...even though they eliminated my White Sox. They were the better team and deserved to move on. Good luck!

Congratulations! You must be excited, not only for this season, but future ones. You have a young, strong team, and I think they are going to continue to do very well.

That was a terrific game! The Price kid looks like the real deal for a long time to come! I never saw a happier group of ballplayers then the Rays were after the final out!

Congratulations to you and the Rays for their well earned victory, and the chance to Host the World Series.
I have come down to the Trop for every Sox-Rays series in the Fall or Spring for 8 years, and the Devil Rays/Rays have become a second favorite to my beloved Red Sox. It was a bittersweet series for me to watch, because the Sox really need a healthy Mike Lowell to be competitive {I would covet a free agent Evan Longoria}. And Manny Ramirez was sorely missed in this lineup.
It certainly should satisfy all of the die-hard Rays fans who have been rooting for the last 30 days.
Rays in 6!!!

Congrats to the Rays! They were definitely the better team and they deserve it!!
Must've been a wonderful feeling for all Rays fans last night.
Good luck... Now I'm gonna get some sleep.

I'm glad the Rays won...they deserved it!

It was a great ALCS, I'm glad my Sox came back in Game 5 to make the series competitive.
The Rays should be a good team for a few years. I hope the Tampa fans that came out for Games 6 & 7 remember to come back again next Spring.
