Hey all
Will be on island for the full moon in Nov and was wondering what parties were going on?
I hear Miss Lucy's is closed til late Nov/beg of Dec.
I will be back from Jost to St. John

Virgin Gorda really does the whole Full Moon thing up right with their mushroom tea ritual and STJ really is sort of just copying that minus the mushroom tea.

To my knowledge Miss Lucy's is the only place that officially does a "Full Moon" party. Although I guess if you get enough people together you could make your own full moon party just about anywhere.

I always thought it would be cool to be able to have a bonfire on the beach at night (but sadly not an option on the National Park beaches !!)

Man wouldn't that be cool? Just like they used to do it back in the day. A bunch of hippes a big fire and some libation... now THAT sounds like a really good full moon party!!

Wonder if Miss Vie is interested in renting her beach out?!?!?

VG? Tortola!

Roe, you be local. Coral Bay is where the good moonrises are. We like to go to Shipwreck Landing. Concordia has potential.

Cheers, RickG

We are going in November as well, but alas, we will just miss the full moon....however, the Leonid meteor shower will peak 17-18 Nov (look towards the constellation Leo, in the east, after midnight), and I am guessing/hoping that it will be spectacular from down there!

Cool........in the 2 yrs I lived on island....I went to the BVI's about 5 times for full moon
I figure we will end up where we end up and it will just be fun since that is what the islands are FUN!!!
I saw in Tradewinds that Miss Lucy's reopens on Nov 2 so maybe they will have a full moon...we used to go there alot
