Hey ATG! What happened with Flat Stanley? Did you get any good pix of him? Post one!

Hey CaliGirl! This has been a crazy week, plus I still have a couple chapters left to post for my trip report. Anyway, it's amazing, you have all these plans before you go on vaca, and once you get there island time really sets in, and I guess it set in where Flat Stanley was concerned. With all the stuff we always seemed to be lugging around, we never felt like taking him along, but we did manage one day to get these shots:

I actually had to drag Flat Stanley kicking and screaming onto the plane to go home. You see, he met an island girl, got a job as a bartendar, and refused to leave...he's happy now though, I hear he's going to spend the Christmas and New Year holidays in Paris and Switzerland!

That Flat Stanley guy really gets around, let me tell you. He was at St. John Kids today having his photo taken with a pirate puppet, a pirate ship, a pirate flag and other things pirate.
Megan from Mojo Cafe was escorting Flat Stanley on a St. John tour and tells me that some of Flat Stanley's adventures will NEVER actually be revealed to her second-grade niece. Apparently there was a boat-trip involved and a few beers and things got a little bit wild for Flat Stanley. She refused to say more.

From what I hear, that Stanley dude is a real party animal once you get him out of the 2nd grade classroom!
