Breast Cancer Walk (proud of my son!)

My son Shane, who's a senior at Eau Gallie High School, walked in last year's event. At the last minute he and a friend decided to carry (and play!) their sousaphones (marching band tubas). They got a lot of comments (some of them even complimentary!) and before the end of the event some of the survivors walking around them had given them a nickname - Tubas for Boobas!
He thought that it would be fun to try and recruit tuba players from high school bands throughout the county to form a team for this year. Others soon found out about it, and they decided to make it for all band members (as well as any others that would like to join them - even you!).
So...the "Band Against Breast Cancer" team was formed.
In addition to soliciting donations and pledges, he designed a t-shirt, and ordered enough so that he could sell them to raise even more funds for the cause. The shirts are vibrant pink in color, have the team name and logo on the front, and have a list of section names/themes on the back including the original "Tubas For Boobas", "Fluters For Hooters", and many more!

I'm not posting to solicit shirt sales - we will probably be able to sell the ones we bought here locally - but if you really want one, PM me and if there are any in your size left I can send them to you (shipping is on me!)
If you'd like to sign up for the walk (held in Viera on 10/1 as a team member, or to donate on line, go to http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR/Ma...am&fr_id=11644
