Just a heads up for travelers out of Boston... JetBlue just announced non-stop service to San Juan with an $85 each way introductory price.

All you need to do is find a puddle jumper to STT and you are there on the cheap.

What a great deal, and for those who haven't traveled Jet Blue, I'd recommend them above any other airline. I LOVED the TVs in the headrests with several different channels to watch, the option to watch movies, and XM Radio. And they have more choices for snacks and beverages than any other airline I've been on recently, which include US Airways, American Airlines and Liat. Comfortable seats and great leg room too.

I've had my eye on the new route myself - JetBlue is my favorite airline!!! And how cool would it be to fly Seaborne from PR to STT? Boy do I need another trip :!:

I still have 4 one way commuter passes between STT and SJU on Cape Air available and there good until 3/27. The face value is $86 each, but I'll consider any offer.

Steve S or anyone.

What is a normal air fare from PR to STT. I told my son about the special fare but when he checked he was getting a price of $270 or so for RT PR to STT so it off set the savings.

You used to be able to advance purchase in the low hundreds, but Caribbean Sun ended service and the competition has relaxed. On travelocity, I get $180 each on Cape Air for any day but Saturday. If you go to the Cape Air site, you can by a "commuter" book of 10 one way tickets for $950 or so. This is what I did this past spring, but only used 6.
