I remember something odd about Jasmine. Like that there are no walls between the bedrooms...just partial walls or something.
I think that was the house. If it's just 2 of you...no worries
I would also (cough...sneeze...cough) consider another agency...cough...PM me if you want

beachman,
bride & my satyed at sundance on 1st trip to stj in oct 04 before ac added to great room and we thought it was needed. buddy and i back there dec 07. we've stayed in a c9 villa 7 of our 9 trips and like the people, their villas (c9 on gifft hill fav stayed 4 times there). local manager marcy appel is great to deal with and owners of all villas are permanent stj residents so have good on island responses.
all their villas are older, not luxury but clean, well maintained & equipped, very comfortable and good values (we're last minute travlers and always good good discounts. sundance is lowest villa we've rented so views not as dramatic as gifft hill and upper rockridge rd but still quite nice. as i recall sunsets in oct were behind stt and good "lighting up views of stt in evenings. nice gazebo on main level outside master bedroom. also a lot of outside nooks and crannies and space if you had a crowd.
one negative now though is the straight out view over the pond bay const site on chocolate hole but there is a fairly good view of hart bay to left. also for us older folks, we prefer pool on main level while sd pool is 1 level down.
not familar with others listed except know coconuts is similar plan to c9 and we drive by daily going to and from c9. no ac in great room at coconuts and she's u shaped vs straight out layou of c9. you'll have fantastic views like c9 just no great room ac nor great water views from kitchen when dining on the deck.

You're right coconuts, Jasmine has a loft bedroom that is open to the bedroom below.

I've stayed at both Coconuts and Jasmine. Coconuts in 8/05 and Jasmine last summer. Pipanale is correct. Jasmine is an open plan, the walls do not go up to the ceiling but the plus side it has central air. There is a queen bedroom and a loft above on the main floor. There is a bedroom with a full size bedroom on the pool level. There is limited standing head room in the loft and steep ladder to reach it, duck as you climb or your head will hit the rafters. I posted a villa review.
We stayed in Coconuts for our first trip (honeymoon)
The bedrooms are not of equal size. There is one with a king, one with a queen and a loft. There are 4 separate pods. One for each bedroom , one for the kitchen and one for the gretroom/loft. The views are stunning. Lots of outdoor space, a good part of which is covered. Coconuts is much more private than Jasmine, realy two very different types of Villas, sort of comparing apples and oranges.

We decided to go with Sundance...for two reasons. The first reason was the hella discount (thanks Cloud9) and the second was the bad rep/5% service fee CV charges. We did stay with CV on our first trip to STJ and had no issues...I'm guessing because there were no issues with the villa. I'm somewhat concerned about construction noise but honestly we don't plan on hanging around the villa much during the daytime.
