Villa Colibri Anyone?

I am planning my trip, and of course, doing the 'ole "ooh, I'll add this villa to my short-list of 1 thousand villas"!

I have only stayed in Coral Bay during my only trip to date. I'm thinking that being closer to some of the "amenities" on the island might be better this time, as I'll have a whole group of newbies with me. (By this I mean, closer to more drinking establishments, therefore eliminating terrifying cross island road trips in the dark).

So...that being said...Has anyone stayed in this villa? I can't seem to find any reviews on it.
Thanks!

On the website on-stjohn.com Villa Colibri is listed for sale so I would be a bit hesitant in renting that one. Happy villa hunting!

Yikes! That news is not good! It's the only one (believe it or not) that three of us all agreed upon. Trip is still a long ways away  so we'll keep it on the short list, with a few others. I have a "trip planning book" that I only allow myself to keep 5 total villas in (print their pics and stick the pages in there). If I find another one I like, I have to yank out one of the current five and stow it away. I'll put Colibri in the back. Thanks for the info!

It seems like there are a lot of the more popular rental villas for sale right now, so it may be hard to avoid one that is on the market. It seems like most purchase contracts require the buyer to honor prior rental bookings, so you could check with the villa rental agency to make sure that is the case for colibri. Also, maybe ask if the owner has been willing to continue to invest money for maintenance/upkeep while it's on the market.
