Sea Spirit or Island Dreams?

Any opinions on Sea Spirit or Island Dreams in/near Coral Bay? I'm looking for QUIET and will be visiting in October. Pros and cons of each - accessibility to restaurants, nice beaches, etc. would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

We are staying at Sea Spirit the first week in October. The villa looks great and can't wait to chill out on that side of the island in such oceanside privacy! The owner is so wonderful to work with and if you book through her, she can give you a great discount over the management company. Good Luck!
