I'm looking for different ways to use this yummy jelly. Anyone use it as an ingredient in a favorite recipe..

This one's real simple, but good. Pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers. (You probably knew about that one, though.)

Blind Betty's and cream cheese......mmmmm. Can't eat just one.

Try it over bacon. Uhhmmm bacon.

I take wonton wrappers and press them into a mini muffin pan and bake them until they are just brown. 10 min or so.
Place a small piece of brie in them and top with the jelly and bake until the brie is slightly melted.
Or
Cover the top of a wheel of brie generously with the jelly. Wrap in puff pasty and bake until party is browned. serve with green apple slices.

OMG! I LOVE that stuff! I have some in the fridge. Please excuse me, gotta go...
