Hey everyone - I would like to hear some of your favorite track lists for the islands. I know some of you are country, some rock and roll, some island music, etc. So put up some of your favorites here - we will try to recreate them on the iTunes store so people can purchase the songs for themselves if they are interested.

Great idea, Anthony! I don't have a playlist yet, but Kenny Chesney's "Be As You Are" album obviously has a lot of songs about the vigin islands. The title song, plus "Old Blue Chair" and "Somewhere in the Sun" are some of my favorites. I've always been a big Jimmy Buffett fan as well.
I am anxious to hear everyones favorites! Thanks Anthony!

Anthony - I'm still editing and honing my "Island" playlist, but will post it here when I get it figured out. Sometimes when I add a song to the list, it seems ok, then when I play the list it seems out of place. So, I'll just have to keep you posted

No VI playlist can be called complete without something from the Mamas and the Papas. Many of their most popular songs were written on St. John, where they lived on the beach at Cinnamon Bay in 1965. Their song "Creeque Alley" (of St. Thomas extraction) tells the story.
Peace.... bert
