I just received a message from Josh and thought that I would share it with you. Here are a couple quotes from her email

"At last Roma has been adopted. It has a Daddy now! Ha! John Hiebert from Vermont most recently & his wife, native to Trinadad, and two children now own CAFE ROMA!
Very happy to find someone who dreamed of living in Paradise with his family and pursued his dream. I wish him much success as Roma and he become more intimate. He is a chef, and great manager, and very nice man."

And for all you folks that were hoping for a few secret recipes:


"Same menu for now, in the fall some of his tried and true recipes. He has Italian rest background and loves Roma and what it is. His purchase included recipes and training of recipes."

Thanks for the update ! we have alway's enjoyed cafe roma & hope it does not change ! We Wish the new owners much Luck !

So happy for Josh. Now she can begin the next part of her life and as it has been a long time coming she must be over joyed. She is now "free to flee". I will make it a point to meet John and wish him well.
