Island Blues kitchen open yet?

Rick, I'm no Pia but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express... Talked to one of my Coral Bay contacts last Wednesday who told me it was still drinks only. As a matter of fact, he said that they were closed last Tuesday evening. Don't know what to make of that, if anything. Perhaps Pia is digging into the facts as we speak...

As far as I know it is still drinks only.
We drove past IB on the way to Sweet Plantains last night at 6:30pm and there was a nice crowd at the bar - lots of cars too and when we drove home a few hours later I think (if my 1 glass of wine haze (I'm a cheap date) I mean memory serves me right) they were closed.
I'll let you know when I hear different - if Jeff and Russ don't beat me to it

We were there Friday night and it was hoppin' ....live music and all. We even saw a couple pirates...
Didn't notice any food, we just had beers...

I heard they have a new chef starting soon. His name is "Buster". Anyone heard of him?

we went by a couple times in the evening and the afternoon, but they were closed 
... we did hear it bumping on a sunday, but we were over trying to go there so we just listened from the villa. ***as a side note we did hear some grumbling from the local folks about being snubbed by the new owners and that they were shuffling people out around 11-11:30pm*** and no kitchen ? 
I wish our trip was a few weeks earlier so we could have experienced "Island Blues"
