My Trip report (really) Part V

We wake up and share our breakfast with the Thrushies. Throwing a piece of bread out the kitchen window does the trick (for a few minutes)
We are lazy and then head into town since our friends are landing at 11:10. We are sitting at the Beach Bar waiting for them and they call and say that they missed the noon boat by seconds. We order another round and some fish and chips
They arrive on the 1:00 and we have cold beers waiting for them.
We get to the car and realize that a Jeep Wrangler was not the best choice for 4 adults. The guys have a heck of a time getting in the back but they are happy to be on island and we manage.
They were newbies and their comment for the rest of the trip was "this is unbelievable." It makes you happy to see people really enjoy the island that you love.
We took a quick dip in the pool and headed to Maho for some late afternoon limin'.
Back to the house for a few cocktails and the obligatory group shot
We decided that we would go to Rhumblines for dinner and it did not disappoint. It was very spicy, but we like spicy food so we were very happy. I might possibly put this in my STJ Top 5, it was that good.
After dinner, I tried to drag them to the Quiet Mon for a drink. I was so happy that they were there and I wanted to celebrate. They wanted to sleep, so we had one drink and headed home for a quick swim and some sleep. Tomorrow was Capt John day and our anniversary after all, we did need to get some rest.
