Calling all Forum friends!!!
Here is what I am looking for in a Villa for 2 couples and another single adult for a week in May 09'.
-At least 3 bedrooms & 3 baths
-Air conditioning in at least the bedrooms, prefer whole house but I know it is hard to find
-Pool
-Would like for the pool and the main living area & kitchen to be on the same level
-Would like the villa to be pretty high up for the breezes.
-Decent price
Am I asking for too much? I hope not! Please give me some suggestions.
Thanks so much for your help!

What's your range for 'decent price'? Vista Caribe is a great villa in Virgin Grande - 3 bedrooms - all internal to the great house, totally AC, great pool and views, beautifully appointed but I think it wouldn't qualify as 'decent price'. Budget will definitely help with recommendations.

We like Eaglesnest (VIVA Vacations). It's sits up very high and has a great view of Great Cruz. It pretty much fits the bill on all your requirements.

Here are some suggestions in different price ranges [approx] and island locations... all 3 bedrooms w/ AC and pool... same level pool is hard to come by.
Blue Palm Villa $3,000
Morgan Point $2660 [downstairs is basically an apartment - great for the single]
Calypso del Sol $3,300
Adeste $3150

if you liked the gifft hill views and general layout of cloud 9, you might look at palm villa which is next door to c9 (they share a drive). same basic floor plan but palm has 3 brrooms + loft. the wing out toward parking lot is large master suite that was added. no gazebo nor ac in great room.

pictures look familiar?

We enjoyed Eaglesnest too, but the pool is on the lower level.
Jazz Villa, Allesandra, Cocotier, Dolphin Run (almost on the pool, but very inexpensive) are good bets.
If you are going offseason look at the 4BRs as well.

Adeste in Coral Bay is great! It has all of your requirements, except the pool is a few steps down!

Have you stayed there lazylane? I have wondered about that villa. I'm starting to look at places for next year with my kids. We would need atleast 3BR and like the Coral Bay side. Thanks!

Try Stillwaters, available through caribbeanvilla.com or carefreegetaways.com. Third bedroom is in a loft area, but meets all your other requirements, including fully air conditioned and pool on the same level.

Calypso del Sol gets my vote. Pool is a few steps down from main level. Full house a/c. 3 bdrms/3 baths, all private. Hot tub & screened porch, also.

Amani was great- 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living area and pool, all on same level. Extra bedroom upstairs, w/ inside staircase. Island Getaways.
