Last Minute Trip

I am a former long time lurker - over 6 years, who once in a while asks a question, yet I read the forum every day. I am trying to participate more frequently. I have asked several questions recently and appreciate all the answers and information.
I am an uber planner, and love the anticpation and planning of every detail. Thanks to a random look on ebay, I leave for a trip to St. John two weeks from today! I just booked the trip and flights Tuesday - this is SO out of character for me. We will only get to be there one week, but I plan to enjoy every moment to the fullest. This will be a little different than my past trips to St. John. Usually I try to see how much sun I can get, but this time, I will be looking for the shade and wearing a much higher factor of sunscreen than ever before. Last fall I had skin cancer and I really was a wake up call for me. When I was first diagnosed, one of the first things to cross my mind was that I could never go to St. John again. Reality and sanity set in and I realize that I can be outside, I just have to take precautions and be smart about my timing and surroundings. I just wanted to thank my forum family for all the advice, trip reports, and pictures that keep me going in between my trips to our beloved island.
