Posting Picture

OK, I need some help. I am not computor savy at all.
I would like to add some pic's to my T/R but don't know how.
I have my pic's on Picaso & remember there being some codes under each Pic that I thought I would copy & paste in, but when I went back to the alblum they are not there.
Does anyone have dumby proof instructions.
