Vacation's Over Blues BIG!

It's official. After 2 fabulous escapade filled weeks, we are back to a harsh reality, and it's not the party we just had in the virgin islands let me tell ya!

Spent the first night in St. Thomas at Emerald Beach. Followed by 5 nights on Virgin Gorda at the fabulous Guavaberry on my new favorite beach Spring Bay, a day long trip to Anegada where we partied like rock stars most of the day at Lloblolly then capped it off with Belle at Cow Wreck, followed by a week on St. John at our villa Orchid Hill, then our last night back at Emerald Beach on STT!

But someone once said that re-entry is totally harsh and they were not kidding!

I will be working on a trip report (hopefully I can get the posting pics thing-thanks for the tips Ruth) so that I can share our time with you and relive it vicariously through myself! We started the trip running (literally) and ended it the same (literally) so no hello in the sand.

Thanks forum peeps for all the laughs, fun and never ending info.

We ate, drank, and made merry to the max. Too bad my island tan won't last as long as the beautiful memories!

I am glad you had a fun trip! Did you like Orchid Hill? My favorite part was the outdoor living room. I took a ton of naps on that couch!

I know exactly how you feel. If I don't have a trip planned before I leave, I am totally depressed. If I have a trip planned, I'm just depressed.

I used to spend so much time dreading my vacation ending that it really took some of the fun out of it. By day 3 I was already sad about leaving. But I've learned to not do that and enjoy each day.

We very much enjoyed Orchid Hill. It's a great villa with lots of character which is what we like. I agree with you Becky. We LOVED the gallery/verandah.
