We are booked through Delta FF miles but on a continental flight. So far it is still there, but just FYI for those flying Continental to keep an eye out.
I make it a rule to check my flight at least 1x a month, I just put a little reminder on my outlook calendar. It only takes a second online.
Delta can be REALLY annoying with tweaking their flights by minutes, which isn't really a problem but all the seat selections (at least for us cheap/freebie seats) are cleared when they do so. Again, not a huge deal to me if I wasn't flying with kids .. but seats together is kind of crucial in my case.

I saw this online today as well. We're booked with Continental at the end of October. I really hope they don't eliminate the direct flight on Saturdays EWR to STT. I guess like you said I will keep checking between then and now.

SusanNJ, are you leaving on the 26th? Don't worry, that flight is still on, lol. I checked it this a.m.

Flip-flop,
That's weird. We almost exclusively fly Delta (always in cheap seats or on FF miles) and I have to say my seat selections have never been cleared due to time changes. Our October flights have moved a few minutes a couple of times since we booked in January. Are you sure the equipment isn't changing as well as the time?

It is possible for the first leg of the flight I am referring to but not the 2nd. Same plane, flight number, everything...just slightly different times. Supremely frustrating. They eventually cancelled ALL flights on the day we were scheduled to depart anyway

Oh well, I got an extra day of vacation out of it! This was between March - November of 2007. It might have just been a fluky flight!
And please don't get me wrong ... other than BA they are my fav! For now.
