I have looked several places and have different departures for the ferry from Charlotte Amalie to St. John.
Does anyone know if they still have a 4:00 departure to St. John ?

Not at this time (at least the sign in the window on Monday reports that it has been cancelled)

The Charlotte Amalie ferry altogether or just the 4pm ferry?

They are on a reduced schedule - at least this week 
and have cancelled the 4pm only (I believe) at this time.
