Well, I'm 2 days away from being on island, and it's been a loooong wait....but finally here!!

2 last questions before we leave:

I have heard that the owners of Skinny Legs are NE Patriot fans. I would like to donate an official NFL jersey to the bar. Who should I ask for???

Also, we get in somewhat late on Wednesday, and won't be stepping off the ferry until 6pm or so. We will be at Gallows, and wondering if there is a grocery store within walking distance to Gallows? Just need to grab breakfast munchies....

Hey Scott!! What time do you arrive? We get in Wednesday at 4pm. Yep...I'm excited too!! Gotta get in one more tan yet...hubby calls them ~suntan inoculation~

Our flight from Charlotte gets in @ 4pm as well (USair).

Not sure what ferry will be best yet. Probably heading to Red Hook. Hope to be on the island by 6pm.

Hey there. Gallow's Resort has a small shop on the grounds with snacks, perfect for a breakfast or small meal. In town, about a 10-15 min. walk, you can also shop at Dolphin Market, one of the three grocery stores on this side of the island. Happy traveling!

Considering I own a tanning salon, there's a good chance we'll have some color too!!

My wife & I are both 40, both tall with brown hair. Look for the guy with shorts and a Jimmy Buffet t-shirt. My carry-on is a red/blue duffel bag which will be on my shoulder. Please introduce yourself if you see us!!

If not, hopefully we can meet at the Beach Bar on Sunday.

Looks like we'll all be on the same US Air Flight from CLT to STT. We will have MIL (Mother-in-Law) in tow. My mom and Dad were supposed to be coming, but my mom has gotten sick and they probably won't make it now. So, could be 3 of us, could be 5, but we'll be watching for you. I think I can recognize Sitter by her beautiful hair (from your photo!) and surely there will only be one guy with shorts! Ha! I'll be in a turquoise hoodie and white pants. (yes, I already have my travel outfit ready.....there is absolutely nothing neurotic about that....)
