Old question, still need help with posting pictures

I have been working on this off and on for a while and just end up getting frustrated. I have my photos on webshots. I get to the part where it say post on a forum etc. When I try to copy and paste, all I get is text, no picture (except with Margo's help). Any idea what I am doing wrong?
