Any update on what is going on w/that location??? We are staying up the hill at Blue Caribe, and were really looking forward to frequenting this joint in the evenings.

Island Blues is closed. ...no official word, but expected to open up under new ownership and management within a month.

Just got back last night. We stayed in Coral Bay also and the first place we went last Friday for late lunch was Island Blues. My favorite.
I was told by the waitress that they were closing Wed, the 21st and would reopen in a week or two with new owner, same staff and that they were not expecting much to change. Hope that is the case.
We had a great lunch, actually now that I think of it we ate there 2X. Still am a little fuzzy. Too many Bushwackers!
Ate at Shipwreck Landing for lunnch and dinner and the food was very good.
All in all, great time more details to follow soon

sounds like great fun susan & herb...We will be there 6/18-25 so hopefully they open up before or during our trip. I would feel really lame missing an island institution by such a short time span
