I was just going to PEEK at the airfare for our usual week after Thanksgiving trip. I found airfare for $439pp RT from Detroit. I had to grab it as I don't personally foresee things getting cheaper. It's actually less than we just paid. Anyone else going to be there November 28th-December 6th?

OOOOOHHHHHH thats tempting wish we could get that over Thankgiving week and we would be there. Going to check tonight for that week. My honey lost alot of vacation time due to a job switch five weeks to two but it pays good

Not sure who you usually fly with, but this was US Airways. The flights were $189 each way. The total I gave was with taxes and fees. The times aren't too bad either. Only bummer is we have to stop in Philly on the way home. I much prefer Charlotte, but got that connection on the way down. My hubby only gets two weeks per year right now too. Thats why we have to travel on Saturday's except for Thanksgiving week when he gets a couple of extra days. I'm sure you can talk the wife into going .

Wow that's a great rate (for this year). I just checked again and ours for that week just keep going up and up - Now it's at $668 with US Air. But I'm still hoping that it will go down soon.

We fly with anyone that we can get cheap seats with usually US Air. Just got back used Spirit out of Detroit $600 total for both of us may never see that deal again with the price of gas.
