Pool gets sun from early mornin till later afternoon its breezy up there but pool is protected some from trees. You will get leaves in it no biggy but its inevitable they cleaned it one day looked great the next day more leaves.

The wall scouces have dimmers didn't discover till day three

Lots of toys for kids, lots of snorkel gear,noodlesand floats, tons of books, binoculars,beachchairs
and coolers,kitchen very well stocked,private gate with remote no yee hoos on scenic road trips show up at your villa I'm guilty of this I pod dock,wi fi, sure I'll think of more but I gotta get to work

I've been eyeing Orion's Hill for a while, but I eyed too long and someone else booked our weeks.

Looks like a nice place with a good view. Sweet!

We went threw viva, caribean villas also rents saved a little threw viva. No welcome basket.

That place looks nice. Wish we would have come up for a visit!
