We live up in Acworth - close to the lake - we love being up there. I work down by Cumberland mall though - so the commute isn't that great

eehman, thanks for participating on the forum!!
Question: Is there vehicle access through the Westin property, or foot traffic only? How steep is the walk?
Cheers, RickG

Hi eehman - Your villa is beautiful!! I haven't seen any reviews on it - I guess because it is so new.
Is there any construction going on around it?
Thanks.

Rick- the way we handle the westin gate (there isn't vehicle access)- is when we go in town at night- we drive our jeep right down to the bottom of the hill where the gate connects to the westin- turn it around- walk through the gate, pick up a cab at the westin- at the end of the night, have them drop us at the gate, drive the jeep up. It works out great because then we don't even deal with parking in town (or drinking and driving). Our house is the closest to the westin- the walk up is a bit steep but not long. As for construction- I was there last week- there was some on the other side of the neighborhood but I didn't hear anything from our house.

eehman - I noticed that your villa is available through St. John Ultimate Villas as well as Caribbean Villa. Do you prefer one agency over the other? Does St. John Ultimate Villas also charge the 5% service charge?
Thanks.

Our main management company is st. john ultimate villas but they work in conjunction with caribbean villas. I believe the charges are the same.
